A well-established automotive dealership in Lenasia is seeking an experienced and driven Dealer Principal to lead all aspects of dealership operations. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong commercial mindset, capable of driving profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all dealership operations including new and used vehicle sales, aftersales, and finance & insurance
• Drive revenue growth and profitability across all departments
• Develop and implement strategic business plans and performance targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage departmental managers and staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service and brand standards are maintained
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, suppliers, and key stakeholders
