The successful candidate will be responsible for selling automotive parts and accessories across multiple brands while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell automotive parts and accessories to retail, trade, and internal workshop customers
• Accurately identify parts using electronic parts catalogues (EPC) and VIN numbers
• Handle counter, telephonic, and online sales enquiries
• Prepare quotations and convert them into sales
• Ensure accurate processing of orders, invoices, and returns
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and workshop staff
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to departmental profitability
• Support promotions and marketing campaigns
