Our client, based in Paarl, is currently seeking a client-focused and driven individual to join their Sales and Marketing team as Accounts Coordinator.

The ideal candidate has strong administrative-, planning-, and organising skills, paired with good numerical aptitude.

This role will be responsible for client service interactions and communications, including the coordination of all orders and documentation between customers and the sales- and production teams (from placement of orders through to dispatch).

The successful candidate will be responsible for: *Maintaining strong client relationships and client satisfaction *Providing account management services and pro-active communication to clients *Ensuring efficient workflow and seamless information flow with clients *All other tasks related to the role.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Matric required, Mathematics as subject advantageous;
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar customer-focused role within the label printing/alcoholic beverages/packaging industries;
• Excellent interpersonal skills (Afrikaans & English);
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel);
• Own reliable transport.
