Sirius Engineering, a provider of comprehensive Project Engineering, Project Management, and Consulting Services exclusively to the food industry, is at the forefront of exciting multi-disciplinary projects for a wide range of clients both locally and internationally. They are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their dynamic team based in Paarl.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Concept to detail designs for facilities, process equipment, utilities and services *Develop mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control specifications *Prepare project budgets *Develop project and construction programs *Prepare tender and contract documentation *Project Management/Manage diverse teams of Engineers, Client Representatives and Contractors *Coordination of construction, installation and commissioning *Quality management *Project reporting *All other tasks related to this role.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering;
• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience;
• Excellent verbal and written communication;
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Packages (especially Excel, Word, Project);
• Proficient in a CAD Package – preferably AutoCad, 3D Modelling;
• Good team player, self-driven and self-motivated.
