Candidate Requirements

Core Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Actively prospect for new leads, present new product lines, and close deals to meet defined performance goals.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain frequent contact with existing accounts, address concerns, and provide ongoing training on product features and benefits.
• Administrative & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales reports, manage order logistics, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions within a CRM system.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform sales strategies and product development. 

Daily Activities

• Travel & Visits: Travel to various practices or clinics to showcase inventory and consult on merchandising displays through out WC and some Northern Cape Locations
• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with internal departments ( customer service, production) to ensure accurate delivery of products.
• Problem Solving: Resolve issues related to stock, pricing, or after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

Grade 12

Own transport
