Hospitality Manager - Coffee Shop Franchise GautengR15,000 - R20,000 CTC (Depending on experience)

A well-established coffee shop franchise is looking for a hands-on Hospitality Manager with a strong business owner’s mentality to run and grow multiple stores across Gauteng

Minimum requirements:

Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in coffee shops or quick-service restaurants
A creative approach to marketing and driving store growth
Strong business acumen and an owner’s mindset to grow the business
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between stores
Loyal, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional service

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and performance across multiple franchise locations
Manage and schedule barista teams to ensure smooth service
Control stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
Monitor security systems and maintain store safety standards
Develop creative marketing ideas to drive foot traffic and sales
Travel between stores to support, train, and motivate teams
Work closely with owners to grow each site and increase profitability
