Candidate Requirements

Duties:     

• Inspecting Shipments: Unload trucks and inspect goods for damage or defects upon arrival.

·       Verification: Compare received items against purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips.

·       Inventory Tracking: Log incoming items into inventory software and update inventory records accurately.

·       Storage & Organization: Organize incoming stock and place items in designated storage areas.

·       Discrepancy Reporting: Report missing items, damages, or shipping errors to management and vendors.

·       Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean work environment, adhere to safety regulations, and use personal protective equipment (PPE). 

Key Duties

·       Documentation: Process return shipments and manage related paperwork.

·       Coordination: Act as a liaison between vendors and internal inventory teams.

·       Housekeeping: Maintain safety standards in the receiving area.
