Key Responsibilities:

·        Capture, reconcile, and allocate member receipts on Xero

·        Process member transactions accurately and timeously

·        Perform NETCash processing and debit-order runs

·        Support finance reconciliations and data integrity checks

·        Maintain accurate financial data across Xero and CRM systems

·        Assist the finance team with ad-hoc reporting support where required

Competencies:

·        Expert proficiency in Xero and high-volume financial data capturing

·        Fast and accurate typing with a strong focus on precision

·        Ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining data integrity

•        Strong awareness of financial compliance and confidentiality requirements
