Electrical Engineer (PR Eng) – Secunda / Process Plant
We are looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer in the process plant sector. We require a skilled professional to join a small but dynamic team on a one-year contract, with the possibility to go permanent.
Location: Ideally Secunda (Johannesburg-based candidates may be considered with occasional travel to Secunda)
Candidate Requirements
- PR Eng Electrical Engineer able to sign off on design and supervision of electrical work
- Proven process plant experience (wind and solar farm experience is not relevant)
- Previous work with EPC companies is ideal
- Experience with Sasol projects is an advantage
- Strong understanding of:
- Voltage systems (low & medium)
- Basic engineering principles
- Testing, commissioning and design
- Procurement and related electrical engineering tasks
- Flexible team player willing to take on additional tasks as required
