Employer: Persona Staff

Our client, a well-established dealership in the Northern Suburbs, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Store Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing staff, and ensuring the dealership runs efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily dealership/store operations
Manage, lead, and support the sales team to achieve targets
Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Handle escalating client queries and resolve issues professionally
Manage staff scheduling, performance, and discipline where required
Oversee stock control and vehicle floor management
Ensure showroom standards and presentation are maintained
Work closely with finance & admin teams to ensure smooth operations
Drive profitability and overall business performance

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
Valid driver’s license (essential)
Proven experience in a dealership or retail sales management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and operational skills
Target-driven with a strong business mindset
Ability to manage pressure in a fast-paced environment
Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
