Portuguese speaking presenters for my client in Cape Town.

Presenters will need to exhibit the following: 

• Elegant and charismatic
• Have great communication skills
• Good body language and well groomed
• Display ability to control emotions in stressful situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the face of the company in front of the clients, always showing professionalism
• Maintain a constant commitment to excellence in each of the assigned task
• Communicate with shift management during the operation and understand all responsibilities involved
• Precisely follow the orders provided by the system and supervisors when needed
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, established policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls & service standards
• Perform all other ad-hoc assignments as and when required
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Requirements:

• Experience in television an advantage.
• Highly Proficient in the Portuguese and English language
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess excellent customer relations, interpersonal and communication skills.
