Duties:
●Responding to customer queries and services via Email and Chat
●Provide accurate information, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve customer concerns
●Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
●Stay up to date on product features and specifications, and promotions to provide informed responses to customer enquiries
Requirements:
●Speak, read & write Italian
Salary:
● R25 000 CTC
Working. hours:
● 6am – 6pm (Mon- Sun) rotational
Benefits:
