Our client is offering an opportunity for a skilled Head Chef or culinary professional ready for a career change into the exciting world of meat processing. The company is seeking a hands-on Processing Manager to oversee and execute the preparation of quality meat products for our online store and pick-up point.

Responsibilities

The individual will be responsible for managing daily production, ensuring recipes are followed precisely, and maintaining our high standards of quality.
Training will be provided for the right candidate, especially those transitioning from a kitchen environment.
Strong communication, planning, and administrative skills are essential.

Required Skills

Managing Daily Production: 5 to 6 years
Blockman Experience: 5 to 6 years
Meat Processing Or Kitchen Management: 5 to 6 years

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience

Qualified Blockmen with 5+ years of experience OR Experienced Head Chefs / Kitchen Managers looking for a new career direction.
Individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn a new craft.

Requirements

Background in meat processing or kitchen management.
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency.
Reliable transport to and from work.
