Our client in Parow Industrial, Cape Town is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or sales management, with a strong ability to drive performance and exceed targets. A proven track record in developing effective sales strategies and analyzing market trends is essential. Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to travel to meet clients in up-country regions. A Matric (Grade 12) qualification is required. REQUIREMENTS:

Matric (Grade 12)
5+ years of experience in Sales and/or Sales Management
Strong sales ability and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Skilled in analyzing market trends to inform business decisions
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Willingness and ability to travel to meet clients in up-country regions

DUTIES:

Performance management within the sales team
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
Manage and monitor sales budgets
Maintain strong customer relations
Identifying customer complaints
Building and maintaining relationships
Handling customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Set clear sales targets and goals
Generate reports and analyze sales data to track performance
Oversee and manage both local and regional sales operations
Must be willing to travel nationally as required
Handle and source key accounts to support business growth

HOURS:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
