About Us

Stafflane Recruitment has been providing professional recruitment services to clients in all industries since 2008, as part of an HR Department of a Training Centre. In 2013 Stafflane Recruitment was established as a Recruitment Company (Skyworks Cc, 2008/034673/2, trading as Stafflane Recruitment).

We offer a full recruitment service for mostly permanent placements, but do offer contract or temporary services as well. Our positions vary from entry level to Senior Executives and our network and infrastructure allows us to place top quality candidates in various jobs timeously, according to each client’s specifications and needs.

We also understand that because of globalisation and need for the mobility of skilled “knowledge workers” (Sachs, 2008), we offer our services to many international companies, assisting them in placements locally and aboard.

 Services We Offer

Stafflane Recruitment offers an all inclusive recruitment service for mostly permanent, but also contract or temporary staff in all sectors.

Our Approach: We believe that all people are important (our clients and candidates) and we

strive to recruit only the best candidates for your company, that will fit into your company’s culture,

therefore we;

• meet with all our clients, mainly to determine the company's corporate culture and job requirements, but also to establish solid relationships between us and our valued clients;
• assess the working environment in which the best suited candidate will be placed in;
• assist with drawing up comprehensive job descriptions, in order to recruit the best suited     candidate;
• source suitable candidates from various resources using different methods such as advertising, headhunting, using our comprehensive and resourceful database, networking with other agencies, etc.;
• qualify and screen candidates via face-to-face interviews, and doing proper reference checks accordingly;
• create an initial short-list of potential and best suited candidates, and re-evaluating candidates through further tests (as per job description), references and checks. In addition to Reference Checks, a Credit, Criminal, Qualification, Identification and Drivers License checks may also be offered as part of our comprehensive service;
• supply a short-list of candidates for interviews to the client;
• coordinate interviews with candidates on behalf of the client;
• liaise with candidates regarding job offers;
• regret unsuccessful candidates; and
• follow up regularly during the 90 day guarantee period to ensure that both parties are satisfied.

Guarantee Period: We offer a ninety (90) day Gguarantee period, which is validated on receipt

of payment on, or before the fourteenth (14th) day from date of invoice (starting date of successful candidate). This guarantee covers you in the event of the employee leaving your employ for any reason other than death, retrenchment or unfair labour practice. Should such an event take place, we will replace the employee once, free of charge, to the value of the original placement/ position.

In accordance with our ethics we guarantee the following:

• we will not recruit or headhunt staff from our existing clients; and
• we will not recruit or headhunt any successful candidates that we have placed at our clients.

Our Fees

Permanent Placement Fee: Our Fee structure is between 16% and 19% of the Gross Annual Income Package. The fee structure may be negotiated depending on agency exclusivity and the number of positions to be filled.

Temporary and Contract Placements: The fee structure for temporary and contract staff is negotiated with the client, depending on the duration of the contract and the level of expertise needed.
