One Call Insurance Brokers (Pty) Ltd was established on the 13th of October 1997, with the instinctive understanding that the only way to run a successful short-term insurance business, is through outstanding performance and exceptional service standards.
Our independent "covers all" character forged over ten years in a challenging South African insurance environment has attracted highly skilled employees who deploy their innovativeness and skills to drive One Call Insurance Brokers forward and providing ongoing training and development programs to our staff, One Call ensures continuous improvement of service delivery.
One Call's head office is situated at Eastgate, Johannesburg, and consists of three departments all operating in close conjunction with one another, to ensure optimal service levels.
These departments are:
• Motor and Household Insurance Department
• Commercial Insurance Department
• One Call Assist (Consist of a Claims division and Administration division).
By adhering to our slogan "One Call does it all", we are able to obtain clients an array of different insurance options, structured to suit all their individual short-term insurance needs.
