Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual

- Maintain an organized call log and ensure all calls are handled efficiently
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a switchboard operator or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using multi-line phone systems and other office equipment
