Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce implementation and a strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to enhance our banking operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions to meet the business requirements of the banking operations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Ensure the Salesforce platform is configured and maintained in compliance with AML regulations and standards
- Implement best practices for Salesforce development and deployment to ensure scalability and maintainability
- Develop and maintain integrations with other systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and other team members
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices to continuously improve the platform

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation
- Strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirements in the financial services sector
- Experience working in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
