Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid SA drivers license and own vehicle
- 2 - 4 Years relevant experience
- Good time management
- Grade 12
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Numerically competent

Key Competencies and Skills:
- Adherence to national training schedule
- Capture newly purchased assessts onto accounting system
- Depreciate assets monthly
- Assist relevant parties to ensure a smooth and on-time audit
- Balance sheet reconcilitiatons
- Compile monthly expense reports for required accounts
- Ensuring creditors payments are processed on time, accurately and supporting documents attached
- Filing of documentation in relation to payments and sending proof of payment
- Importing of salaries journals and follow up on receiving journals timeously
- Maintenance and management of debtors
- Maintenance and reconciliation of petty cash
- Maintenance of the bank clearing account and send daily bank balances to CA sales
- Demonstrates the company values in daily activities
- Knows the values of the company
- Takes ownership to complete available training for role

My Journey
Mitchell's Plain, Cape Town, where I grew up, I never imagined I would be able to accomplish what I have in the last 15 years.
