Pillangó Placements was previously known as Jackie Bedeker & Associates, but the name changed in February 2016 to represent a close-knit team working together for positive change, rather than an individual.

Pillangó is the Hungarian translation for Butterfly. A butterfly symbolises what we stand for – hope, endurance and transformation. We also know that, just like the butterfly, the recruitment process is vulnerable and should be handled with care and respect as it can be easily compromised. The Managing Owner, Jackie Bedeker, was inspired by her Hungarian roots when she chose the unique name.

The agency does general recruiting, but focuses mainly on white-collar and professional positions. We have clients in a range of industries including Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, IT, Consulting and Healthcare.
