Makro is searching for a Loss Prevention Lead that is HUNGRY, HUMBLE, AND SMART AND FOLLOWS THROUGH, to manage the security component in the business through identification of risk and to manage all the store service providers.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Budget control and technical security
  • Compliance and Shrinkage control
  • Service provider management
  • Ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for customers to minimise customer complaints and dissatisfaction
  • Induction of new employees
  • People management and staff development
Candidate Requirements

Minimum Academic requirements and Experience:

  • Grade 12/ Matric
  • PSIRA Grade B; or any related qualification;
  • 2 - 3 years' experience in Security and Loss Prevention, previous SAPS service will be considered;
  • Previous management or supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license
