Matching top talent to a company’s culture requires years of experience. The
top talent I engage do not have their CV’s on any job sites – in all cases they
need to be found through an exhaustive and creative search process.
I have dedicated my career to the principle of the “talent economy” (to the
extent that I have published a book on the topic) and have established and
managed several top branded search businesses in my career across major
economic hubs such as London, Cape Town and Gauteng.
ABOUT ME
Now a seasoned veteran with Twenty two years in the Search Industry (including
training at Renwick International under the mentorship of South Africa’s top
Executive Search Consultants).
Authored and Published a book in 2008 called “CV for Life”.
Regular writer of over fifty articles published in various business
publications. Guest lecturer at Regenesys and WITS.
Run several businesses over a period of twenty two years in the search industry
including two with JSE listed Groups.
Mentored and trained some of South Africa's top search consultants.

resourcing strategies for roles.
