Matching top talent to a company’s culture requires years of experience. The top talent I engage do not have their CV’s on any job sites – in all cases they need to be found through an exhaustive and creative search process.
I have dedicated my career to the principle of the “talent economy” (to the extent that I have published a book on the topic) and have established and managed several top branded search businesses in my career across major economic hubs such as London, Cape Town and Gauteng.

Now a seasoned veteran with Twenty two years in the Search Industry (including training at Renwick International under the mentorship of South Africa’s top Executive Search Consultants).
Authored and Published a book in 2008 called “CV for Life”.
Regular writer of over fifty articles published in various business publications. Guest lecturer at Regenesys and WITS.
Run several businesses over a period of twenty two years in the search industry including two with JSE listed Groups.
Mentored and trained some of South Africa's top search consultants.

I consult to business on their recruitment strategy as well as look at resourcing strategies for roles.
I assist individuals with their CV's and Linkedin profiles.
I also consult with individuals on their employability strategy.
