Otel Communications is an end-to-end ICASA licensed network operator as well as a service provider (through its Otel Business subsidiary) that focuses on delivering quality installations and services to its customers.  Because we are end to end, we own the whole infrastructure hence there is no finger pointing when it comes to service delivery.
