Reporting to the Organisational Development and Learning Manager
Job Purpose:
To implement and monitor initiatives that contribute to the growth and effectiveness of the organisation by focusing on organisational culture, employee engagement, and learning and development. To facilitate learning interventions and manage content, including digital.
Job Function:
Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organisation. This may involve surveys, interviews, and data analysis to determine areas for improvement.
Collaborate with management to identify organisational goals and objectives related to workforce development and performance improvement
Design, develop, and implement learning and development initiatives such as workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and coaching sessions to address identified needs.
Assist in managing organisation change by developing strategies to help employees adapt to new processes, technologies, or organisational structures.
Work with HR to identify and develop high-potential employees, create career development plans, and implement succession planning initiatives.
Assess organisation culture and climate to identify factors impacting employee morale, engagementment, and retention. Develop strategies to foster a positive work environment.
Establish metrics and evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives. Use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning and development initiatives with organisational goals. Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to promote participation and engagement.
Ensure that learning and development initiatives comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organisational policies
Promote and maintain a positive organisational culture
Maintain and monitor performance management for the group
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in organisational development and learning to continuously improve programs and practices.
Support and coordination of a specific projects as per management request.

Candidate Requirements
Qualification and Requirements:A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or Organisational behaviour
Minimum of 5 years organisational development and L&D experience in a similar role
ETDP qualification is an added advantage
Good command of the English language, good communication and people skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills and customer focused
