Job OverviewWe are seeking a professional, experienced, and customer-focused Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the front office department within a luxury hospitality environment. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage front office staff, oversee reservations, and maintain operational excellence.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the Front Office Department.Supervise, support, and lead reception and front office staff.Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction at all times.Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests efficiently and professionally.Oversee reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations.Ensure accurate record keeping, reporting, and administrative processes.Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management.Maintain company standards, policies, and procedures.Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.Monitor front office systems and ensure operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in a Front Office Management role within the hospitality industry.
- Opera PMS experience is essential.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Computer literacy with experience in hotel management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems effectively.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s licence will be advantageous.
- Must be willing to work and reside on-site (live-in accommodation provided).
