KAMOA COPPER SA is looking for a Foreman, Mechanical (TM3 Engineering)
The Kamoa Copper Mine is a joint venture between Ivanhoe Mines (39.6%), Zijin Mining Group (39.6%), Crystal River Global Limited (0.8%) and the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (20%). It's a very large, near-surface, flat-lying, stratiform copper deposit with adjacent prospective exploration areas within the Central African Copperbelt, at approximately 25 kilometers west of the town of Kolwezi and about 270 kilometers west of the provincial capital of Lubumbashi.

Monitor, coordinate and control maintenance teams to ensure availability of TMM machines to meet production targets. The incumbent supervises specialists and the scope / portfolio of this role includes scheduling, tasking and checking preventative (service) / reactive (breakdown) maintenance, and ensuring parts availability.
You will have the following:
- Must have a Mechanical Trade as a Diesel mechanic
- Supervisors Certificate
- 8years experience as a qualified artisan as a Diesel Mechanic in a mining environment
- Must have at least 3 years in supervisory role in an mining environment.
- Proficiency in business English is mandatory. Knowledge of French and Swahili will be considered highly advantageous.
