Employer: Torque Africa Exploration
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Drilling Foreman to oversee and coordinate drilling operations. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding different drilling applications, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage crews and equipment. Must have knowledge on percussion drilling and various drilling methods.
Required Skills
- Mechanical Skills: 5 to 6 years
- Foreman: 5 to 6 years
- Rc Drilling: 5 to 6 years
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in RC drilling, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
- Valid Code 10/14 driver’s license + PDP will be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of drill rig operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with safety systems and reporting (e.g., hazard identification, incident reporting)
- Willingness to travel
- Salary will be discussed during interview
