Our client in Paarl is looking for a Events Sales Coordinator.The ideal candidate would be someone with experience in sales administration, hospitality, events, or customer relations. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Confidence working with numbers and pricing. A proactive, target-driven attitude and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
Respond to client enquiries and convert leads into bookings
Prepare accurate quotations and event proposals
Follow up on quotations and maintain client relationships
Manage event bookings and coordinate with operations teams
Monitor sales targets and profitability of events
Assist with budgeting and cost calculations
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
 
Requirements:
Matric with relevant qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems
Previous experience in Sales Administration
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Sharp thinker who can quickly understand client requirements
Comfortable working with quotations, pricing, margins, and budgets
Strong numerical and analytical ability
Highly organized and detail-oriented
