Internal Sales rep needed in Midrand for my client in the Labelling industry Salary: R20 000 -R25 000 (depending on experience)

Minimum requirements:

Matric
Previous experience in internal sales or customer service role, preferably within the label solutions industry or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Syspro ERP, and ability to navigate and utilize its features effectively
Technical knowledge or experience with labelling solutions is advantageous
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability.
2. Assist with order processing, including preparing quotes, order entry, and coordinating with production and logistics teams.
3. Follow up on leads, quotes, and sales inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
4. Collaborate with the external sales team to support their efforts and ensure seamless customer service
5. Customer Relationship Management:
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized support and addressing their needs.
7. Proactively contact existing customers to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
8. Follow up on customer orders, delivery status, and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
9. Product Knowledge and Technical Support:
10. Provide technical product support to customers, addressing their inquiries and guiding them towards suitable solution
11. Sales Reporting and Administration
12. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track sales performance and identify growth opportunities
