Key Requirements

·        Minimum 10 years of Business Analysis experience

·        Proven experience working within Agile environments

·        Ability to manage and support multiple initiatives concurrently

·        Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

·        Banking industry experience is advantageous

·        Credit-related experience is highly beneficial

·        Process analysis and optimisation experience preferred

·        Resilient, adaptable, and able to perform in fast-paced environments

·        Relevant qualifications and references are required
