- Drive revenue growth in the laser cutting division
- Build and lead a dedicated sales team, including:
- 2–3 External Sales Representatives
- 1 Internal Sales Coordinator
- Develop and execute a structured sales and marketing strategy
- Ensure alignment between sales commitments and production capacity
The successful candidate will:

· Has credibility and relationships within the fabrication, engineering, and manufacturing sectors
· Operates at a senior level, capable of engaging both clients and executive leadership

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in laser cutting / steel processing sales
- Demonstrated ability to generate consistent revenue from existing relationships
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of laser cutting processes, pricing, and profitability drivers
- Verifiable references from previous employers within the laser cutting sales industry (ESSENTIAL)
