Site Agent – High Rise Residential Developments | Atlantic Seaboard, Cape Town

Key Responsibilities:

Full site management and coordination of high-rise residential construction projects.
Managing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
Monitoring construction programmes and resolving site-related challenges.
Managing health and safety compliance and ensuring adherence to all regulations.
Liaising with clients, consultants, architects and professional teams.
Controlling materials, plant, labour and project costs.
Preparing progress reports and attending site meetings.

Minimum Requirements:

National Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management or a related qualification.
Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in the construction industry.
Proven experience as a Site Agent on large multi-level residential developments is essential.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards and contractual requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage demanding programmes within a high-pressure environment.
