Providing training to team members on ongoing basis.
Identifying deviations or non – conformances, planning and implementing corrective actions to ensure attainment of production plan.
Complying with requirements of various protocols at Department plant and
company level.
Maintain and implement safety and health systems and ensuring operational and legal compliance in accordance with regulations.
Communicating relevant aspects to all parties involved.
Determining schedules, assignment work and managing the performance of assigned personnel to ensure the achievements of company production standards and targets.
Correcting non- conformances and motivate improvements.
Monitoring plant performance.
? Investigating opportunities for improvement and developing, implementing, and
controlling action plans to realize the improvement.
? Monitoring compliance with mining standards and legislative requirements to
ensure adherence.
? Liaising with upstream and downstream processes for identifying opportunities for
improvement.
? Continuously ensure strategic involvement in area related problems

Candidate Requirements
Excellent problems -solving skills.Able to train employees on production related programs.
Experience in dealing with Union-related matters, this include having monthly meetings with Shortwards and liaising with the Production Manager.
