Employer: Adcorp Insights

Compliance & Auditing: Conducting regular workplace inspections, risk assessments (HIRA), and internal/external audits to identify hazards and ensure adherence to standards like ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
Incident Management: Investigating accidents, incidents, and near-misses, compiling reports, and implementing corrective and preventative measures.
Training & Awareness: Facilitating employee health and safety inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
Documentation: Managing the facility's or project's safety files, updating legal registers, and tracking safety metrics (KPIs, Lost Time Injuries).
Risk Mitigation: Ensuring proper housekeeping, controlling the issuance of PPE, and monitoring contractor compliance on site.

Candidate Requirements

Incident Management: Accurately logging, investigating, and reporting workplace injuries or illnesses.
Record-keeping: Maintaining documentation for occupational health and safety (OHS) audits.
Compliance Tracking: Monitoring plant and office operations to ensure they conform to local regulations
