Our client, operating within the medical technology sector, is seeking a Growth and Customer Experience Agent to join their team in Cape Town. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about healthcare, customer engagement, and digital product adoption. The successful candidate will play a key role in onboarding clinical teams, supporting users, and driving platform growth through exceptional customer experiences.
 
Key Responsibilities:

·        Onboard, acquire, and activate new clinical teams onto the platform

·        Support the growth and expansion of the active user base

·        Deliver engaging product training and onboarding sessions to end-users

·        Resolve user support queries efficiently and professionally

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders

·        Deliver a seamless and positive customer experience across all interactions

·        Gather user feedback and communicate insights to internal teams

·        Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve operational processes and customer outcomes

·        Champion customer-centric initiatives that enhance user satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

·        Experience delivering digital product onboarding, training, or customer support

·        Strong communication and relationship-building skills

·        Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

·        Proven experience collaborating within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team

·        High proficiency in Freshdesk, GSuite, and Asana

·        Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

·        Interest in improving healthcare delivery and supporting clinical professionals

·        Healthcare industry experience or a clinical background will be advantageous
