Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Concrete Foreman to supervise and coordinate all concrete-related operations on large-scale civil construction sites. The role ensures that all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with quality specifications and programme deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all concrete works on site
• Ensure production targets are met in line with project specifications
• Monitor productivity, resource allocation, and site performance
• Provide input on improving efficiency and reducing operational risks
• Enforce strict Health & Safety compliance on site
• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly site activities
• Maintain quality standards across all concrete operations

Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) essential
• NQF Level 4 qualification in Construction (advantageous)
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in civil construction environments
• Proven experience supervising concrete teams on large-scale projects
• Strong leadership and site coordination abilities
• Strong understanding of construction safety and quality standards
