About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Stock Clerk to join our logistics team. This role focuses on inventory management and stock control, ensuring accurate tracking and maintenance of stock levels to support daily operations. As a Stock Clerk, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth inventory processes and ensuring the availability of products.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming stock, reporting discrepancies as needed.
- Organize and store products in designated areas to optimize accessibility and efficiency.
- Prepare and process orders for outgoing stock, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
- Collaborate with team members to address stock-related issues and improve inventory processes.
- Assist in implementing stock management best practices and maintaining compliance with safety guidelines.
- Use inventory management software to update stock levels and generate reports.
- Support periodic stocktaking efforts and aid in the reconciliation of inventory counts.

Requirements
- Proven experience in stock management or a similar role within a warehouse or retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Basic mathematical skills to assist with inventory calculations and stocktaking.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
- Good organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with barcode scanning systems and inventory software implementations.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations related to stock handling.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and logistics operations.
