Posoorsig
Ons is op soek na een (1) vaardige Ketelmaker / Boilermaker wat onafhanklik vanaf tegniese planne kan werk om struktuurstaalprodukte akkuraat te meet, sny, sweis, en aanmekaar te sit. Benewens tradisionele ketelmakerswerk, is vaardigheid in spuitverfwerk 'n noodsaaklike vereiste vir hierdie pos. Hierdie is 'n permanente posisie (met 'n proeftydperk) gebaseer op een vaste perseel.
Ligging: Koedoespoort, Pretoria (Gauteng)
Dienstermyn: Vaste aanstelling (Onbeperkte duur met 3 maande probasietydperk)
Indiensnemingsdatum: 1 Julie 2026
Salaris: Markverwant en onderhandelbaar (Uurlikse tarief, twee-weekliks betaalbaar)
Gemiddelde werksure: ±168 uur per maand
Sleutelwerksaamhede en Pligte
Planlesing: Selfstandige interpretasie en noukeurige lees van tegniese planne en tekeninge.
Voorbereiding: Uitsit, meet, merk en sny van staalprodukte volgens spesifikasies.
Sweiswerk: Uitvoer van hoëgehalte sweiswerk (MIG- en boogsweis / arc welding).
Samestelling: Volledige konstruksie en samestelling van staalstrukture.
Afwerking: Spuitverf van voltooide produkte met behulp van beide luglose (airless) en kompressor-stelsels.
Posvereistes
Kritiese / Minimum Vereistes:
Bewese vaardigheid en tegniese kundigheid in die hantering van 'n angle grinder, MIG-sweismasjien en arc-welder.
Uitstekende vermoë om planne te lees, akkuraat te meet en werk alleen uit te sit.
Praktiese ondervinding van spuitverfwerk (beide lugloos en met 'n kompressor).
Absolute eerlikheid, stiptelikheid en 'n sterk innerlike motivering.
Voordelige Vereistes (In u guns):
'n Amptelike Rooiseel-sertifikaat (Red Seal Certificate).
Geldige bestuurslisensie.
Basiese rekenaarvaardighede en administratiewe ondervinding (voltooiing van tydstate en afleweringsnotas).
'n Geldige Annexure 3 mediese sertifikaat.
Toepaslike Gesondheid- en Veiligheidsopleiding (Noodhulp / First Aid, Werk auf Hoogte / Working at Heights, ens.).

Ons soek: 'n Eerbare persoon wat wil werk en wil leer. Tegniese leemtes kan met ondervinding aangevul word as die gesindheid reg is, maar 'n swak gesindheid of gebrekkige werksetiek kan nie reggedokter word nie.

Werksure en Arbeidsvoorwaardes
Vaste Werksweek:
Maandag tot Vrydag: 07:00 – 16:00 (Middagete: 12:00 – 12:45).
Elke tweede Vrydag word daar korter gewerk: 07:00 – 13:45.
Verlofvoordele (Volgens die Wet op Basiese Diensvoorwaardes):
Jaarlikse verlof: Opgeloop teen 1 dag vir elke 17 dae gewerk.
Siekverlof: 30 siekverlofdae in 'n 3-jaar siklus.
Gesinsverantwoordelikheidsverlof: 3 dae per jaarlikse verlofsiklus.
Kraamverlof: 4 maande onbetaalde verlof (ooreenkomstig wetgewing).
Statutêre Aftrekkings: Standaard LBS (PAYE), WVF (UIF) en VRH (SDL) is van toepassing.
Kennisgewingtydperk: 1 week (indien < 6 maande diens); 2 weke (indien 6–12 maande diens); 4 weke (indien > 1 jaar diens).
Groeigeleenthede: Ja, daar is definitiewe moontlikhede vir bevordering binne die pos vir die regte kandidaat wat hom- of haarself bewys.

Job Overview
We are seeking one (1) skilled Boilermaker who can work independently from technical plans to measure, cut, weld, and assemble structural steel products. In addition to traditional boilermaking duties, proficiency in spray painting is an essential requirement for this position. This is a permanent position (subject to a probationary period) based at a single, fixed site.
Location: Koedoespoort, Pretoria (Gauteng)
Employment Type: Permanent appointment (Undetermined duration with a 3-month probationary period)
Commencement Date: 1 July 2026
Remuneration: Market-related and negotiable (Hourly rate, payable fortnightly)
Average Working Hours: ±168 hours per month
Key Performance Areas and Duties
Plan Reading: Independent interpretation and precise reading of technical plans and drawings.
Preparation: Layout, measuring, marking, and cutting of steel products according to specifications.
Welding: Execution of high-quality welding (MIG and arc welding).
Assembly: Full construction and assembly of steel structures.
Finishing: Spray painting of completed products using both airless and compressor systems.
Job Requirements
Critical / Minimum Requirements:
Proven proficiency and technical expertise in operating an angle grinder, MIG welder, and arc welder.
Excellent ability to read plans, accurately measure, and lay out work independently.
Practical experience in spray painting (both airless and compressor-driven).
Absolute honesty, punctuality, and strong intrinsic motivation.
Advantageous Requirements (In your favor):
An official Red Seal Certificate.
Valid driver's license.
Basic computer literacy and administrative experience (completion of timesheets and delivery notes).
A valid Annexure 3 medical certificate.
Relevant Health and Safety training (First Aid, Working at Heights, etc.).

Working Hours and Employment Conditions
Fixed Workweek:
Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 16:00 (Lunch: 12:00 – 12:45).
