Employer: EXL Service

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from Healthcare insurance members in a professional and empathetic manner
Assist members with benefit inquiries, claims status, eligibility, and plan information
Resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance standards
Navigate multiple systems to access and update member information
Ensure all interactions meet quality assurance and regulatory requirements
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and company policies
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
Meet and exceed performance targets

Required Skills

Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills (English)
Customer-Centric Mindset With Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities
Basic Computer Literacy And Ability To Navigate Multiple Systems

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 6 months call centre experience
Passed Grade 12
Clear credit and criminal record
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
Willingness to work US shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
