- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from Healthcare insurance members in a professional and empathetic manner
- Assist members with benefit inquiries, claims status, eligibility, and plan information
- Resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance standards
- Navigate multiple systems to access and update member information
- Ensure all interactions meet quality assurance and regulatory requirements
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and company policies
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
- Meet and exceed performance targets

- Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills (English)
- Customer-Centric Mindset With Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities
- Basic Computer Literacy And Ability To Navigate Multiple Systems
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months call centre experience
- Passed Grade 12
- Clear credit and criminal record
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Willingness to work US shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
