- Management of the occupational health team

- Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, standards, policies and procedures, client-specific requirements.

Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner Vacancy (Mobiles)X2
Role Description
This is a fulltime role for an Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner (Mobiles). The Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing occupational health care services to OHSCare clients at different sites. This includes conducting occupational health assessments and medical surveillance services at various client sites, ensuring compliance with occupational health legislation, professional standards, and company procedures.

Required Skills
- Excellent Clinical Assessment Skills: 4 to 5 years
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified in Occupational Health Nursing (Diploma / Degree)
- Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)
- Qualification / Certificate in Spirometry and Audiometry and vision screening
- Registered with SASOHN
- 3-5 years’ experience in the Occupational Health setting, conducting occupational medical assessments.
- Knowledge of occupational health legislation and risk-based medical surveillance
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems
- Excellent clinical assessment skills
- Effective Client Liaison Communication
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management and organisational skills
- Professionalism and ethical conduct
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours when required
- Ability to work in fast-paced mobile environments
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
