About the Role
As a Sales Executive at Hyundai Cape Town, you will focus on driving sales growth and fostering strong customer relationships. This role is pivotal in presenting Hyundai’s product offerings to clients, enhancing brand loyalty and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored Hyundai vehicle solutions.
- Present and demonstrate Hyundai vehicles to customers, articulating key features and benefits effectively.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and lead generation strategies.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the overall dealership goals.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
- Accurately document sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements
- Proven track record in automotive sales or a related sales environment, demonstrating your understanding of the sales cycle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a dealership setting, particularly with automotive brands.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Bilingual proficiency could be beneficial based on market demographics.
