Join an FMCG team as a Sales & Marketing Manager in the Free State!
With a focus on driving strategic marketing initiatives and ensuring high-performance sales execution, you will lead and coach a team of field-based sales agents, set and monitor their performance, conduct regular field visits, review sales reports, guide the identification of new business opportunities and implement consistent branding across the sales function.
Candidate Requirements
A candidate with a BSc (Agric) Animal Science or similar degree will be considered. A deep understanding of animal nutrition and the animal feed industry is essential. You should have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar marketing or sales leadership role and be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
