Purpose of Position:

To oversee Service Area Managers, Warranty Manager & Service Plan Administrator

 
Key Performance Areas (Outputs)

Oversee functioning of Warranty Manager, Area Service Managers, Service Plan Administrator, Customer Care and Training.
Oversee management of Service Plan programme.
Responsible for all technical and non-technical issues in the service department.
Responsible to check all administration of service department.
Responsible for reporting and organising training based on the skills shortage.
Responsible to understand and advise dealer on business opportunities for increased profitability.
Responsible to follow up and implement on all action plans.
Ensure that dealer complies with company SA CI requirements
Conduct dealer standards.
Report to Department manager on irregular situations and formulate action plans.
Ensure general housekeeping is kept at the dealer.
Responsible to ensure that the dealer has all the special tools in line with company SA requirements.
Implementing company SA strategy at Dealer level.
