About the Role
As a Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in driving our sales efforts by engaging with potential clients and presenting our products and services effectively. Your primary focus will be on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering exceptional service that leads to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and increasing market share.
- Track and manage sales leads and opportunities using CRM software to ensure timely follow-up and reporting.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while adhering to company policies and practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products.
- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and preferences to enhance future offerings.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B or relevant industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Demonstrable experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.
- A results-oriented approach with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- A relevant qualification in business, marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.
- Previous experience in a Sales Agent or similar role within the industry.
- Familiarity with the local market and its dynamics.
- Additional language proficiency would be considered an asset.
