Purpose of Position:
Conduct all Dealer Development responsibilities for HSAF across all product lines (AM, MC, PP) which is to ensure the Upgrade, Change management & Maintenance of any Corporate Identity elements for the company dealer network. Implement HSAF DD strategy and dealer standard management across dealer network.
Manage and Implement TQM and Global company Quality Standards
Key Performance Areas (Outputs)
Implement and execute HSAF DD strategies via various Regions
Manage franchise standards and compliance
Contract Management – Changes in local laws and implementation
Dealer financial appraisal and reporting monthly utilising Sewells data
Dealer Development – Corporate Identity up-keeping, maintenance and upgrades of the dealer network, including all Interior and Exterior elements.
Administrative – All administrative tasks related to Dealer Development, including
Liaise with all product division and suppliers to ensure the HSAF DD strategy is implemented.
Monthly Management reports and DD committee presentations.
Conduct dealer audit for dealer standards.
Manage Automobiles and Motorcycle Dealer Excellence Programe
Carry out internal SOP implementation and audit in line with Global office requirement

Candidate Requirements
Qualification/ Education Requirements:Degree (eg. Bcom Business Management or Finance)
Matric/Grade 12
Automotive OEM/Retail experience
Project Management
TQM or relevant quality management achievement
Experience Requirements:
At least 5-10 years’ extensive experience in in automobile environment.
At least 5 years managerial experience.
