Vacancy Details
- Support the design of fire safety and compliance systems for building projects
- Assist with fire protection systems including sprinklers, smoke evacuation, and pressurisation systems
- Contribute to SANS deemed-to-satisfy and rational fire designs
- Participate in project coordination and technical documentation
- Attend client and site meetings, gaining exposure to real‑world project delivery
- Assist with tender documentation and project administration
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in fire engineering within the building services environment
- Exposure to SANS fire compliance and fire safety design, sprinkler systems, smoke control, and firefighting equipment
- Strong report writing and technical communication skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Eagerness to grow technically and professionally
- Own transport for meetings and site visits
- BEng / BTech/NDip Mechanical Engineering
