Role Overview
FORZA is opening a small warehouse retail store and is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to manage the day-to-day operation of the store while also taking ownership of customer service across the business.
This role combines warehouse store operations and customer service and is suited to a low-traffic retail environment where accuracy, professionalism, and strong communication are essential. During quieter store periods, the role will be primarily focused on customer support and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Store Operations

Open, manage, and close the warehouse store during trading hours

Assist walk-in customers with product selection, compatibility queries, and basic troubleshooting

Process in-store sales, exchanges, and refunds in line with company procedures

Maintain a clean, organised, and professional store environment

Ensure products are correctly priced, labelled, and displayed

Coordinate customer collections with warehouse staff
Customer Service

Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via email, phone, and in-store

Handle order enquiries, delivery queries, returns, and warranty claims

Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently, escalating when required

Maintain clear, accurate, and brand-consistent communication

Log and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
Stock & Administrative Support

Assist with stock checks related to in-store sales and returns

Ensure customer-facing systems and records are accurate and up to date

Support basic order administration and returns processing

Provide feedback on recurring customer issues, product queries, or process improvements
Brand Representation

Represent the FORZA brand professionally in all customer interactions

Ensure the warehouse store reflects FORZA brand standards at all times

Act as a knowledgeable and dependable point of contact for customers

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse operations

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and good organisational skills

Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of daily responsibilities

Basic computer literacy; experience with order or ticketing systems is advantageous

Experience in wearable technology and/or the bicycle industry is preferred

Interest in sports, outdoor, or consumer electronics products is a plus
