As we grow, we are excited to invite an experienced and highly competent Business Development Manager to help with our mission of transforming lives.

 

THE ROLE

 

The Business Development Manager takes ownership and is accountable for Sales, Market Growth, and Brand Positioning in the assigned territories and verticals.

Achieve performance excellence in the critical areas of: (1) B2B Sales; (2) Client Acquisition, Growth, Engagement, Retention & Recovery; and (3) Client Onboarding.

Assist in the formulation of the Sales Strategy and drive innovative initiatives to achieve sales targets.

As a Brand Ambassador, champion the SuperCare Brand in every interaction, fostering trust and credibility among stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Identify and capitalise new business opportunities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in our target market

  • Deliver compelling presentations and tailored solutions that align with client needs

  • Monitor and analyse market trends to optimise sales strategies

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence

  • Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations

 

THE PREFERRED COMPETENCIES

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or similar roles

  • Strong understanding of Sales/Business Development strategies and best practices 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team
