As a Business Insurance Broker Consultant at OUTsurance, you will be responsible for growing and developing a portfolio of short-term insurance business by prospecting, networking and generating new business opportunities.
You will focus on building long-term client relationships while providing professional insurance solutions across personal and commercial lines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospecting and canvassing for new business opportunities
* Generating leads through networking and referrals
* Building and maintaining a portfolio of clients
* Conducting face-to-face sales appointments
* Providing professional insurance advice and solutions
* Achieving monthly sales and activity targets
* Maintaining accurate client records and compliance standards

Minimum Requirements
* Matric / National Senior Certificate
* Valid Code B Driver’s Licence
* Own reliable vehicle with uninterrupted access

* Proven experience in cold calling and business development
* Experience in lead generation and relationship management
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Computer literate
Advantageous
* Previous short-term insurance experience
* FAIS credits / Full Insurance Qualification
