An established manufacturing operation is seeking an experienced Admin Officer to assume accountability for factory administration, warehouse operations, stores management, financial administration, reporting, budgeting, and team leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient operational, financial, and administrative processes across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished products
• Oversee consumable stores, including ordering, receiving, storage, and stock control
• Manage factory administration and site IT functions
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, cost accounting, and audits
• Oversee asset management and financial reporting processes
• Manage welfare services, including accommodation, cleaning, and site services
• Oversee security across all associated operational sites
• Lead and manage administrative and operational teams
• Maintain customer and supplier relationships
